Real Deca or fake

I got some Deca by Balkan Pharm from a good friend of mine. The bottle has no serial number on the label but 
 it does have a clear label with a serial number and an exp. date below it. Has anybody seen this before and is it legit?

Considering who pushes Balkan, I'd highly suspect it's authenticity.
