No amount of drugs, no special diet or workout routine, to get nipples like this is straight GENETICS!!! :D

Hi guys, I have been around here for a long while, in and out...Just to give you a lil background on myself...I was a college Long and Triple Jumper...When I stopped tracked I got into bodybuilding...did my first contest in 2003 as a 147 lb lightweight...2004 I moved up to middles placing 5th in my first middleweight contest, 2006 I grabbed a couple of thirds...2007 I started working with Chris Fox and won the Arizona Championships in middles and the Overall...The pics Flexington posted are from that contest...Went on 4 weeks later to place 8th in my first USA outting...Right now 2 days away from USA's again hoping this time for a top 5.

Im married with 2 daughter (5,3)...I have my own screenprinting business out of my shop from home this way I can take care of my girls while my Wife goes to work at her "real life" job...Definetly makes it easier to get meals in and rest up especially times like now when I have zero energy left in me...

Any questions you guys ask feel free to ask...

Here is a pic of me from this morning weighing 173...(cant wait to carb load)...haha

Hutch,

How about tossing out a sample of the diet you use to get such incredible definition!

Hutch im just curious, what are  your aspirations as a bodybuilder. Is it just a hobby or are u trying to do bigger things with it?

Looking great Hutch!!  I saw in the original competitor list that you are crossing over to figure and will be in the F class (tall).  What color is your one piece?   ;D

Best of luck this weekend!!

Hutch,

How about tossing out a sample of the diet you use to get such incredible definition!

I have a very very simple diet that consists of egg whites, low sugar oats, lean red meat, tilapia or extra lean ground turkey, brown rice...At certain times some PB is thrown in or maybe switch to a potato...Im lucky I dont have to go low carbs, the lowest I have gone this prep is 125 grams a day...Proteing stays around 350...Not much fat except what I get from red meat and the one egg yolk with my egg whites in the morning...I dont do very many cheat meals when im prepping...I have dieted 14 weeks and I think i was given 4 cheat meals, my last one at about 10 days out...The key to my diet I think is just that I am very good at staying consistent and strict...

Chris Fox www.maineventprep.com does all my diet and prep...

For me I would consider bodybuilding a serious hobby for me...Im not a guy who plans to be a pro...I plan on getting bigger and better and whatever happens happens...It would be nice to get a good sponsor some day though...I figure my main goal is to be a top 5 national contender as a LH...Getting a pro card is not important to me and that lifestyle for the most part doesnt fit with my life...I really dont even look at pro bodybuilding all that much anymore...Amatuer is so much more exciting...Nobody can tell me that the Olympia is more interesting than USA's or Nationals...We already know who the top guys are gonna be every Olympia, and do they ever really look all that different from the year before...Anyways Im a big amatuer fan...

By the way I have my first Paid Photoshoot Sunday morning...so Im excited about that... ;D
