Believe it or not, I am not trying to be a smart ass with this post...I am actually being dead serious.
The first thing you need to do is drop the Adonis Principles. That whole mess is the biggest bunch of crap that anyone ever came up with...any sound person with even a hint of bodybuilding knowledge will tell you the same thing.
Keep your diet clean, high in protein, eat good quality fats, eat minimal carbs and don't eat crappy sugary carbs at all. Supplement with fatty acids, find a good solid whey isolate powder you like to use to make sure you keep protein in your system...if its got sugar in it and/or it is whey concentrate, buy something else.
Do cardio and lots of it.
