  i like reoasted veggies.  another good thing is to long slice zucchini, squash and egplant (if you like it) and grill them until they just turn soft. 

I do that and then make veg lasagna or pizza with it.  ;D

i don't do veg lasagna lol.  It's great for pizza, add some grilled red onion.

hahah, yup i know a few places.  i loved red onions.  oh you can make potato lardons as another side if you don't like polenta.

these are done "a la leña" in argentina & patagonia, served with a big piece of lamb...pretty great

I made a roast leg of lamb last week with roasted potatoes.  It was num yummy

nope, but i'll smother him with olive oil, thyme, garlic and rosemary and make sure to bring him in from the cold.  Why have him suffer outside in freezing weather when i can treat him to a 350 degree dry sauna for a few hours.  Think of it like a spa day he'll never forget.
