Ive been lurking about for awhile now trying to learn something, now i could use some help.
for a few months now Ive had forearm pain on my right side, sort of a burning feeling when ever i use any type of hammer grip.
today while doing shrugs i felt my grip slipping when all of a sudden it felt like a rubber band broke and there was a deep burning in my forearm that will not go away, now the pain is terrible when ever i grip anything at all, also theres a bit of warmth and swelling in the area of pain.
does this sound familiar to anyone? I'm hoping its nothing serious or anything that requires surgery.
