Not for everyone. If done, have that extra insurance of having two spotters (preferred doing in a PR) and extra stick-um on the hands. Killer on the wrist at first. Try not to lockout at the top position or take a too wide grip. Presents the elbow joints with the opportunity to blow out. Personal view (for whatever that may be worth) a exercise that is never needed. Can present more problems, for a lot of people, than it's worth. Heard about 400 + in reverse grip BP's, but never seen. Interesting anyway. If anyone wants to try it, please go slow at first with the weight used. Good Luck.
