Thursday - legs, abs, elliptical, stretching routine
Friday - shoulders, abs, 1.5 mile run, stretching routine
Saturday - cardio
Sunday - rest
looking to shed weight, gain strentgh and endurance. I'm weak as hell so I will have to start with lighter weights and work my way up.
