If the intent of the rule is to stop conversations on the training floor because they are disruptive, or to stop picture-taking as an invasion of privacy, and Tre is doing neither, they should leave him alone. If he shows the training log app to the gym douche, and makes him understand that's what he's using the (gay) iPhone for, that should be that. People who enforce "letter of the rule" rather than "spirit of the rule" are narrow-minded, low IQ douchebags whom I have nothing but contempt for. (yes, Bob, I'm looking in your direction. )
disagree. the "spirit" of the rule is open to interpretation by the individual. since most people are of sub IQ, this opens those rules to be bent. as i said rules need to be absolute as to not let loopholes and such occur.
i think you have contempt for the wrong people...you should have a problem with either the rule MAKER, or the rule BREAKER, not the enforcer. they are the only people that are doing things 100% correctly in the situation.
i think youre forgetting about the attitude and general demeanor of gym goers...perhaps youve been out of the loop for a little while. cellphones are an epidemic.....a fucking sickness....and people are getting dumber by the second.
if a rule is flawed...change it
