Sorry I thought it said guest posing.

he's in shape but nowhere near where he should be, hope he comes in much tighter at the O without losing too much size which is what normally happens.

He has a strange way of flexing his abs, makes his waist look wide and doesn't display detail.

Looks better but still looks 4-6 weeks out.

Some of best triceps in the game. Quads looking full, hams are detailed. Back detail coming in. Chest is getting fuller.
