bulking diet needed.

well im currently wieghing at 200 lbs but im focusin on getting to 240-260 by january. ive been struggling with a diet and eating what ever i usually can get. so its time to start with a diet. i would really like to reach that wieght range of 240-260 by january with as little fat as possible. if any1 knows any good diets please help me out. thank you.

40-60 lbs of weight with as little fat as possible by january of 2010?!? check out the steroid information board first!

Even though my first reaction is to tell you to visit the Roids Section.
I am not going to say 40 lbs of muscle is impossible by Jan, as I don't know what kind of genetics you are dealing with.
If you are genetically gifted, maybe you can do it. ( BIG MAYBE )

1. eating a small meal every 3 hours. ( including a source of protein )
2. Consume 30 - 40 grams of Amminos ( powder form only ) / day ( expensive but worth it.)
3. Get some Gabba ( Precursor to GH )
4. Train Hard, Sleep Hard.
