Talk about calling the kettle black, Frank is mad because Noguiera's illnesses and injuries before their fight are being used as an excuse.  Yet he used his injury as an excuse for his losses and shitty performances against Pa De Pano, Vera, and his razor thin win over Christison.

if you listen to his commentary on WEC cards he does a pretty good job of coming across like a level headed professional,but some of these internet interviews are revealing a total other side to him..

I think he engages in the WWE style promos. If I recall correctly he caught a lot of heat after the last TUF for his "behaviour" but later mentioned in an interview that he play acting for the most part depending on what the producers of the show wanted him to say.  Frank is an intelligent guy but i don't know if Couture style PR would work as well for him since most of the interviews Frank has given in the past have been rather brash and arrogant................ on camera
