Swede!, you seem to appreciate tuff guys who can rip the average guy's head off on a moment's notice, but you yourself appear to be a mellow pacifist (respectfully stated). Am I correct in that assumption?
I had a friend who recently passed away at the age of 27 who was one of the toughest foo-kers I've ever met (and believe me I've served with some of the toughest grunts under combat conditions where one's true 'toughness' is displayed damn accurately) . (Those crazy English Marines and those hard drinking Australians Special Forces and the US Army 101st and a gang of Mauori combatants - a few who loved to get into combat situations with only a home made, but very large and sharp, metal blade made by a elder family member back home.)
But one of the toughest civilians was an extremely mellow musclehead who fought Golden Gloves as a kid and had over 100 fights with only one loss. to his credit. That loss occured when he was ten years younger than his opponent who had that much more fighting experience under his belt. That was the one fight in which he got the shit totally kicked out of him and decided to become a bodybuilder. (And that was the only fight his dad ever came to at his son's insistance because he wanted to prove that he was no longer a trouble making kid.
One evening years later he threw a party in a fancy Las Vegas night club to celebrate his sister's 21th birthday and one of his friends got punched for no reason other than he had his foot on some guy's chair. So he stood up to tell the combatants that there was no need to fight in a nice club while a birthday was being celebrated - and while he was saying that, someone sucker punched him with a heavy fist to his head, but he merely turned in that direction and saw the guy who threw that punch and his fist heading toward that guy's nose.
100+ fights and no one ever could put him down (except that one I mentioned earlier) as this guy, screaming in a pool of blood and snot, had just discovered.
A short time later and just before he passed away one of the MMA organizers asked him to get involved as a MMA fighter, but he politely said, "Thanks, but I'm not mean enough and don't look forward to getting the shit kicked out of me again."
Does that sound like you, Swede! ?
