Update on Jeff Hardy's situation....

As per the PWI:

Here is the latest on the Jeff Hardy legal situation. Hardy will return to court on November 14th for a probable cause hearing. The hearing will he held in the Moore County Criminal District Court in Carthage, North Carolina. The hearing will be to determine if a crime was committed, and if Jeff Hardy did indeed commit those crimes.

If there is probable cause that Hardy committed these crimes, the case will then proceed to the grand jury. They would review the case evidence, and decide whether or not to indict Hardy on the drug related charges he faces.

From there, if Hardy is indicted, the case would move to superior court, where he would be tried on the charges. That is unless there is some plea bargain agreement if or when they get to this stage.

Matt Hardy will no doubt pay for his brother's mistakes which I think is sad considering Matt Hardy is a pretty good wrestler and a good heel. Vince is known for punishing wrestlers for other wrestlers stupidity. Example...the infamous "curtain call" at MSG. HHH paied the price for that when it was Micheals that wanted to and insisted on doing that.

I like Matt and I don't think he should be punished for his brother's crimes, but for a long time now, he has looked awkward and clumsy in the ring?  Maybe it's just because of the hernia he had, or maybe there's something else we don't know about.  Either way, I agree that he's not in Vince's good books at the moment.

I think he's said recently that his physique was due to not being able to train due to the hernia, so he should be getting back into shape now.  Whether he does or not is another matter!  I never had him down as much of a gear user, his physique has never been that impressive.

I think a lot of them are using, obviously the guys like Cena, Batista, HHH, etc. but there are some of the other guys who I don't think do.  Matt Hardy is one of them, along with HBK (he used to!), CM Punk, Carlito, Santino...

Don't think Triple HHH is on the sauce anymore. Possibly some deca and HGH to keep some size but his physique is so much softer now than it was in the early 2000's. Back then he was using winstrol and stacking that with test, equipoise, anavar, etc.....

If he was using on the regular now he would look so much more chisled. I think he purposely goes for a softer look because of mounting injuries. After his second quad injury, he was carrying much more body fat than in the past.

I doubt he's on any huge amounts, but at his age, he'll be on some kind of test prescription to maintain what he's got.

I still don't think he was selling them. He had like 214 vicodin and 180 somas. It's very easy to build a tolerance to painkillers. He was probably taking 30 to 50 a day. Hell, I used to take 30 vikes a day and I never jumped off 20 foot ladders on a weekly basis. He will get charged with possession ultimately imo.
