Rashad Evans Wants to Train With Kimbo Slice at Greg Jackson's MMA

In the next episode of the Ultimate Fighter 10, Kimbo Slice will face the former IFL heavyweight champion, Roy Nelson. Even before we know the results, the UFC seem to be pretty impressed with Kimbo's performance. So much so, that Rashad Evans, who coached against Kimbo and Team Rampage, wants to train with him at Greg Jackson's camp:

"Are you going to see Kimbo Slice fight again in the UFC? Yes," Dana White said.

Asked if that was a decision based on the first episode's ratings, White said: "No, never. The ratings do not influence our decision. The guy can either fight or not."

White said one of the strongest endorsements he received about Slice's skill in the octagon came from former light-heavyweight champion Rashad Evans, who's a coach in the show and told White he wants to continue working with Slice at his elite MMA training compound directed by respected trainer Greg Jackson in New Mexico.

"We've been very impressed with Kimbo's performance," added UFC owner Lorenzo Fertitta.

Kimbo might do good at Jackson's, but he's back with the American Top Team camp in Coconut Creek.

Whats bigger for Kimbo is his chrisma & inteligence in interviews. He doesn't sound or act like a thug/idiot.

That alone is going to take him far.

Didn't care for him much during the elite days but the more I see him on the interview side the more I respect him!
The interview with Fallon was good P.O for him on the mainstream. (for those that were up)
