after front loading

im done with front loading and i have a bottle of test 350 (different blend esters in it) and one bottle of deca 200... what the best dose per week should i run that gets me the most gains without burning through my bottle in  about 2 weks.. i would like to streach theses bottles ouit for a mounth....

my front load was anadrol-50 100mg aday for 30 days.. then ran a bottle of test 350 and a bottle of tren 200..  hows that for research

Sounds like you did no research what so ever! That's a front load? If the "hows that for research" was meant to be serious, you should stop cycling now and do your homework.

i like a propper front load to be honest, very populr in the uk... they go by the name of shic's over here tho, 3 to 4 weeks with a good amount of sus, dbol, decca... then a maintenace dose (usualy swapping sus for enth) for the following weeks
