I'm currently on a test and dbol cycle and its going really well. I
would like to gain some muscle and strip some bodyfat at the same
time...I've been eating pretty clean ( I don't really weigh my foods),
but I stick to lean chicken breasts, oats, rice, veggies and tuna.
I still have some bodyfat around the waist, lower waist but the top
part of my abs are showing already...
Does anyone have any diet suggestions?
