gaining muscle without eating shit

If there is a need to synthesize new muscle tissue from trauma from weightraining, I dont udnersatnd how at the end of the day total caloric intake is going to determine whether you grow. If a 250lb male competitive bber eats 400 grams of protein per day and only eats 2000 cals cant they still grow as fast as someone eating 4000 cals as long as glycogen levels are not at zero?

Well, since most humans need around 2k kcl per day simply to live, that is live without weight training being added into the equation, the answer to your question on that basis alone would be "No."

if you are a 250lbs competitive bber, you won't even get fat on 4k cals
