If you're talking about coca-cola, I think it's coke that's sweetened with pure cane sugar instead of the artificial crap they sweeten American coke with. I've never had it but it's supposedly tastes a lot better.
I worked with a Mexican chick a while back and I never knew what a tamale was so I asked her. She got all excited and decided to have a food day. This chick spent her entire night making tamales, enchiladas, beef and chicken tacos, and dips. It was amazing. She topped it off with Mexican Coca Colas. She explained the difference as you just did BF. It was the best fucking cola I have ever tasted. Smooth and sweet, and it just complimented all the spicy food that was in my belly. I highly suggest trying to find them in your area.
Also, someone mentioned MT. Dew having put out pure sugar version recently. They did those and Pepsi, and they are called "Retro Edition" if I remember right. I hate Mt Dew so don't know if it is good, but the Pepsi was really good. Not on par with the Mexican Coke., but way better than normal Pepsi
