dude i posted about this years ago and got a shellacking
this all has to do with how much you are eating and how much stored energy you have
if you work out alot you will be hot briefly during the workout but then when you stop working out and dont consume much calories you will be colder
you can generate heat all day by having alot of stored calories by eating without that much activity
you can make your self realy cold by undereating and overworking
