There is a lot missing in this story that was announced in the Long Beach newspapers. For one, not discussed in this video is the fact that this man was not just holding a nozzle from a water hose, but that he was actually watering the lawn at the time. You mean to tell me these idiotic cops did not notice the HOSE ATTACHED TO THE "GUN"
. Also once again , why did not someone question the callers motives? The video makes clear that many of the neighbors knew this guy except the guy that made the call. In the video the only reference to this guy supposedly holding the nozzle in a gun like fashion or pointing it, was the cops themselves...you think they are tying to keep their asses from being prosecuted for this murder and non following of protocol? Notice also how the picture of the nozzle is blown up to tremendous portions for the sake of it looking like a weapon. For all we know that may not even be the nozzle he was supposedly wielding. Where is the friend he was visiting? How come he has not been interviewed? Where is the person who made the call? How come he is not being questioned or in custody for making a FALSE CALL? The initial story reported Kirby was watering his friends lawn, which the caller inadvertently attests to when he said he saw Kirby waving the "gun" around (an action of watering a lawn is waving the nozzle back and forth) ...did the caller somehow not see the hose attached to the "gun" or the water spewing out, yet somehow had the clearness of vision to say the "gun" was a small six shooter?
