diet does not have be clean ,,have no need for specific dry chiken rice diet,,you should be able to be 8% 220 without clean diet after 1 year on gh and steroid,, it should be your base 8-9% ,,then from then to competition soem cardio added,,ofcourse its not any serious cardio ,,only time you can do serious cardio as bodybuild is when you abuse insulin ,,abusing inulin get you to bodybuild 2011 which is catastrophy ,,but thats how the coins fallen,,this is what go nowday
