It's started with a cup of batter ( someone gives it to you ) that "ferments" for 5 days then you add some milk /flour/ sugar (stevia) to it and let it "ferment" some more for another 5 days .. then you add milk / flour/ sugar (stevia) .. separate out 4 starter bags and make bread/muffins with your remaining batter after you complete adding all the ingredients needed to bake it up ( salt / cinnamon / baking soda / baking powder / chopped nuts and golden raisins )
you give away 3 bags of starter and spread the yumminess
