Hi all, well, I've lifted for 25 years (43 years old) and never had a serious injury except my back doing squats once that healed on it's own after 2 months, no more squats for me except lightish on the smith machine. About 2 months ago I began waking up with left shoulder nagging pain. At first I was convinced I was sleeping on it wrong. I can still lift as heavy as ever in benchpress, shoulders etc but the pain is staying the same. It is strange because I never injured it and I can lift the same but it hurts, particularly in the morning. I noticed today doing back/pulldowns, that my left arm felt funny into my hand, almost like clicking some or funnybonish feeling. Rang of motion and all is fine but it just hurts and I was weaker in pulldowns. I should prolly get on some ibuprofin but was just curious if others have had this and/or ideas of what it may be. I should prolly take bench press off the table, shoulder feels kind of fragile but lifts are unaffected, in fact when I lift, its basically pain free. Mornings are the worst. Thanks alot, Bill
