I agree with this poster. I have had enough of the nice guy bullshit.
I just have to say that I think it's a huge mistake that Ron Paul is not attacking the positions of Mitt Romney and the other "conservative" leaders in the debate and forcing rebuttals from them. The MSM is going out of their way NOT to draw any contrast between Ron Paul and the other candidates except where it makes Ron Paul look like a "kook." If Ron Paul doesn't use his opportunities to challenge and contrast his conservative positions against the more liberal positions of his opponents, then he's not going to move the polling needle. We'll be stuck around 10% and someone else (ie. Newt) will get the bump that Huckabee got back in 2008 and Ron will be left in the background.
Ron has to elbow his way into these debates, and the only way to do that is to challenge his opponents on the issues and force them to respond to his challenges. More importantly, he has to make them want to challenge him. That is where Ron Paul shines the most. But right now, that is not happening, and thus Paul is the forgotton candidate at the debates.
Paul looks best when fireworks are flying. His base donates more when fireworks are flying. This thing will dwindle down to irrelevancy if fireworks don't start to fly.
Just MHO.
