he does ego lift,,, with full ROM tho.... think he had 9 plates per side on hacks when he fucked his knees

yeah i saw some of his training video, king khan or something and he was doing low incline bench presses with 5 plates. his body was shaking like crazy and just an injury waiting to happen. seriously with all the drugs he is using 3-4 plates is more than enough.
