I have experienced dizziness, light headedness and exhaustion. One of the first mornings I took it I was driving into work and had to stop in a parking lot because I couldnt see straight, or keep my eyes open. Knocked me out for 2 hours and woke up with what felt like a hangover. from then on I only took right before bed, and even then for about 2 weeks I always woke up in the middle of the night with the ceiling spinning and a headache in the morning. Once your body adjusts though, I was good to go. Start with a super low dose and work your way up. If you experience any of these sides you took too much for the time being.
