« on: January 03, 2012, 09:27:39 PM »
Hi,

I want to ask say i am on a 500 cal defecit and i use clen, will it only make my defecit bigger or will it specifically use fat as an energy source..

I can control my calories well and say i want to cut a lb a week i will do -500, now if i put clen into the mix will it help maintain my muscle while utilizing fat ?

I hope you guys get what i mean.. and thisi s for someone not on hormones BTW.

Ty in advance

the reason why macronutrients have a calorie denomination is because the body can utilize all 3 of them for energy expenditures. the body will always prioritize carbohydrates over dietary fat.

clen will increase your metabolic rate because it's a beta 2-agonist, which acts like adrenaline on your heart, speeding up heart rate, and increasing blood pressure. it has the harshest side effects of all the fat burners used in bodybuilding, i would be careful with using it since it really isn't that effective compared to the side effects it induces.

don't get clen or t3 in liquid form, it will be garbage and the dosing will be wrong because they both degrade rapidly in liquid solutions. try to get capsules or pressed tabs ideally.

That's really helpful thanks.  I have been using the liquid form of clen and t3.  I haven't been getting the results that everyone claims to get out of it.  Now I know.

The total action of Clen, in a fat-burning sense has more to do with the mitochondria of the cells producing and releasing more heat than anything else. At any rate, if you keep the dose moderate, and increase at a slow steady rate, very slight increases and never go into high doses, the side-effects you're referring to will not occur in most healthy individuals. Even so, while it can be beneficial I wouldn't call it the best source for a fat-burner.

well, sure, it has more of an effect than just on the heart but i disagree that you will eliminate the sides by tapering into the dosage. 20mcg EoD is enough to give me headaches, high BP and heart rate when used with t3 - the t3 i would value more than clen for fat loss purposes.

this might be off the subject of the thread but it is on the subject of Clenbuterol

anyway, my favorite "person" that gives me clen is on "vacation"

anyone want to PM me the name of the "friend" they get there clen from?
btw, it isn't like I have trouble find clen----it's find GOOD clen that i'm looking for and i've been using a particular brand for a while and LOVED IT...however, like I said, that brand is on "vacation"

t3 over clen any day for me. I agree that even at 20mcg my resting heart rate goes from like 65-90 and stays there for 24 hours. Fucking annoying if you have any anxiety issues. t3 you don't even feel. If i need a boost i prefer ephedrine, at least it has a short half life and actually cuts appetite. clen makes me hungry as shit too. t3+gh+ephedrine= win

you are right about t3 degrading in liquid, but clen in liquid is fine.  I have used it many times with success.
