Actually, no...black women have always had the edge on black men, it is only until recently that you see more black men with white women, than black women with other men.
Again, it's the media that portrays that...
Fucking is not just fucking...some were considered whores...others as mistresses (Xica Dasilva?) others like the quadroons and octaroons, were alternate families...
When you history is that of a whore...and your counterpart (black men) is that of the strapping stud, history shows that it is unkind to women, and women of color in general.

Well there are definately underlying reasons, as to what they are who knows.

Black guys tend to gravitate away from their own race in modern culture more so than Whites or Asians.

If people don't think the media and certain conventions play a big role then compare America to Japan, it's worlds apart.

Have you ever noticed that people think the media, advertising, etc influences "other people" but not them.  

Does this mean you credit "the media" for your epic gayness and penchant for Stink-Pig Scaly Skinned GH, Cro-Magnon Headed Monsters with Large Hands and wrinkled faces?  What TV program did you watch as a child to arrive at this or did you just happen to let the plumber have his way with you when he came to unclog the drain?

I think its because they just aren't attractive.  Walk through a mall, campus, downtown area and tell me how many black women you see that aren't either fat and sloppy or have the facial structure of a man or even a gorilla with fake hair.  Personally I don't want to Fuck a fat, out-of-breath,diabetes baby trap, or a loud-mouthed transvestite hooker.  I see beautiful white, Hispanic, and Asian girls all over the place, but very very rarely see a black girl that is worth a second look....and even then they are usually bi-racial, with much softer features than your average black girl.  Not trying to be racist, just my honest opinion.

My wife is a career professional- athletic, sexy, educated, and intellectually engaging- oh and she's black...
I have married/had long term relationships (5 or more years) with a Laotian, a Mexican, and several Caucasians (I'm white);  couldn't be happier- there are exquisite women from every race...   If you're still young and single, treat the world of women as a salad bar and try out as many flavors as you can as long as the sex is safe and pregnancy is avoided it will only enrich your life.....

Try better malls.....
