A few days ago the judge made a statement telling jurors that if they "compromise" themselves or the case in anyway that they should "pass him a note" and he will excuse them.From that, I'm pretty sure some dirty shit was going down and this is the end result. The defense correctly thought that all they would need to do was twist a juror or two and they would be home free.They were right.

I disagree. Edwards does not need to be in jail and he did nothing legally wrong. Sure, you may not like his choices on a moral level or what have you, but according to the law, he really did not do wrong. I don`t think he belongs in jail, he belongs back on the circuit, sticking it to insurance companies in an effort to bankrupt them. That is where he shines.
