Yeah the BD dianabol is indeed good tackle
I wouldnt go near the jabs, with good reason, but then again, some do like them
If you want to just run the D'bol by itself, then just run six to eight (5mg tabs) per day, maybe go to ten for a couple of weeks
If you have never used D'Bol before then dont listen to the wankers that tell you not to pyramid up, trust me, I have seen too many guys that - even with only six tabs per day - get high blood pressure and nose bleeds, fuck that.
I would do this:
If you havent run D'bol before, then just start on four tabs per day in the first week, and work up one tab extra per day each week, once you have hit you peak dose (six or eight tabs per day) stay with it for six weeks for a total of eight weeks
If you have run D'bol before, then just get on the dose you know you can tolerate for six weeks
Personally, I always liked Mick Harts ten week D'bol cycle, I wasnt too fussed about the extreme taper down, but the taper up is a good idea, especially if you like lifting heavy and dont want shit loads of nose bleeds lol
