Well, if no one speaks, how will anything change? Thanks to the internet alot of people learn alot and share alot that otherwise would be impossible in the groupy mentality in real life or what the media/government wants people to believe contrary to actual reality.
The sad part is, because of such ignorance, deliberate or otherwise, LIVES are lost... millions of people have died in the last ten years alone from all these stupid wars. For what? And in the end the irony is, the united states has been economically raped. So has the EU. It's such a bad downward spiral.
The Qur'an mentions something in the second surah:
2:11 And when it is said to them, "Do not cause corruption on the earth," they say, "We are but peace makers."
2:12 Verily, it is they who are the corrupters, but they perceive [it] not.
Right around that time I was active in school politically going to protests against the iraq war and all that and later in that year I became Muslim. In the middle of the year I read this while studying the qur'an... and it stuck to me.
The United States and western armies keep talking about peace making, peace keeping but in fact as a result of all these mendlings, it is just corruption on the earth affecting everyone badly. Whether it is economy, whether it is resources, whether it is pollutants/chemicals, whether it is millions of lives lost through bloodshed. It is horrendous.
The thing is, people keep falling for the same lies over and over again. This is beyond foolishness. Fake stories, fake photos like the one I posted... are being shown to common people to brainwash them, fear monger them to do things or believe things or approve of things.
