Nowhere it the vid was it claimed that she was 100% natural. Rather the focus was on the look she has achieved, and she looks great. Yes, any look at her physique and its obvious that any PEDs have been sensibly used. Most likely low to moderate use of clen/winstrol combo, maybe very low dose test at one point in the past, and maybe a very low dose diuretic when preparing for a contest or photoshoot. Its been done in a way to retain femininity whilst enhancing the physique, clearly from someone who knows what their are doing in this regard. I would not say voice is "deep" - rather its only slightly androgenized, and her face looks feminine.
