A old roommate in grad school tried it for his depression. It kinda worked for a while and then didnt. Then he went off and crashed. He has been on real psychotropics since then, the poor bastard. I think he was probably ready and need the real deal, the SJW just hastened the fall.

I find L-tyrosine helps for depression, it increases dopamine.

It's good for depression just a boost however depression is much heavier you have to take control of your mind. Bruce Smith approved.

Prolactin and Test also help with depression ~

So does actual "living" in the real world ~

If that is not good enough for you then you might need an anti-depressant, but that has to be a very last resort. Once you start an SSRI, you mind is altered forever.

Some people mix prescription and non-script drugs and supps, but that is just a temporary Bandaid.

I would choose Cognitive Behavior Therapy first and foremost over anything if I were feeling depressed.

I know it helps me with my crabby, grumpy mood(s) I get when dieting but this is after religiously taking it daily 2-3 times a day for about a week or two.

Not sure about the depression thing since I don't get depressed.

This^^^It may have a placebo effect on the body for some period of time but eventually a person will realize that it's snake oil marketed by someone in the Palumbo bloodline many years ago.

it must have some significant effect as it is a prescribed item in some countries (ie only available with a doctors script)
