The victim of the NYC Biker attack apparently has an uncle who is a boss at the NY State Troopers, and said uncle had ordered that bikers be stopped for the smallest of offenses...

That is a claim by one trooper. It should be investigated but so far it is a claim by one officer.

It might also be an excuse by the trooper for being forced to pull over due to having to achieve quotas.
