but if your on your feet alot you can eat tons of sugar because because your cells will not 'resist' the sugar because youve never gave it the TIME to become resistance
resistance only sets in when blood stagnates over a period of time (DOING LESS SHIT WHEN YOU SIT AROUND FOR WEEKS AT A SHIT JOB), if there is no demand then resistance increases.
