if you watch this video they will claim sugar is bad

yes its bad for non active sit around people

but if your on your feet alot you can eat tons of sugar because because your cells will not 'resist' the sugar because youve never gave it the TIME to become resistance

resistance only sets in when blood stagnates over a period of time (DOING LESS SHIT WHEN YOU SIT AROUND FOR WEEKS AT A SHIT JOB), if there is no demand then resistance increases.

i drink a shitload of lemonade with sugar in it

it takes discipline to be on your feet and workout too

beer can help give you the edge when on a high carb diet. i dont drink every day but everyother day ill slam beers but increase my acitivity 2 fold, nothing more enjoyable then running fast as hell up and down the street after youve crushed a few heinikens but then drinking a shitload of lemonade when you want to sober up, then meals of quinoa and veggies that sort of thing

the thing with lemon juice you will always read how good it is for the liver

the thing is no one realy wants to force guzzle a shitload of lemon juice by itself

it needs to have sugar added,

thus you get energy from the sugar wich will be used if you are disciplined to be actives  + you get whatever benefits derived from lemon juice

think of it this way you will be able to consume MORE lemon juice if it tastes goood with added sugar. thus your are netting a higher nutritional load of lemon juice
