Light weeks are a waste of time if you are going to really lighten the loads, in my opinion, based on my previos experience. If you do have a lighter week, maybe lessen the weights only a little and do those extra reps (4 to 6 extra), but going real light in weight and doing lots and lots of reps will not be what your muscles need to continue growing, in my opinion.

P.S. besides, personally, I never liked the feel of light weights for major sets. Only for warmups !!!!!!!!!!!!!
