Bast " i feel like shit and depressed been sick for two weeks now, what do you eat for protien marty?"

Me " i dont eat much protien, well i like soy"

Bast " isnt soy bad , estrogen and shit"

me "well im not the one whos sick and depressed neeguls, you also need penty of soy since its good for the prostate, most men die from this, id rather not die from this especially if its a known preventable device in the soy "

Bast "yeh i just think soy is bad"

just fried up a batch of tofu, added some asian sauce , so freaking good

i wonder what type of tofu they use at the kanki its creamy like a custard anyone know?
