I stopped watching within 3 seconds of seeing the fakest bent over row ever, dude is stood up straight

then the stiff lumpy oil filled bicep in seated rows sealed for me.

Im off to cleanse my memory with Pumping Iron and Ronnies The Unbelievable short vids. I have more respect for smaller guys like Lazarov and Panda...atleast whatever muscle they have is actual muscle fibers.
