Tired of these female personal trainers who have a one week internet certificate and took up training 6 months ago. One was telling me guys don't have a clue how to work out because they should be doing 4 second concentric and 4 second eccentric reps. Every exercise she demonstrated to her clients was just about half reps or just done incorrectly. She was doing delt lateral raises with dumbbell with her arms almost completely bent so she could handle the 25lbs in horrible form. She should have used 10lbs.
