I think it would be a great idea to try to drop 10 pounds from last Mr O to get shredded! He is already the biggest dude onstage, and most symmetrical, doesn't need more mass. Condition/muscle quality/maturity should be priority from now on...
Ramy needs calves and conditioning to be a real threat to the Mr. O. It'll be interesting to see how he fares at the NY Pro. He needs to drop 10-15lbs.
Condition yes but calves don't really factor into the mr o placings.
his calves are not bad.. a little small for his uppers legs but still not that bad to be considered a weak point,.. not as ronnie's for example..
