SO im driving along a country lane last week and there was an overturned horse box ahead so we had to reverse to turn round in a farm track when the girl in the car behind went into me as I reversed into her, she was on her phone at the time. As there was no real damage I said we ll leave it and she was happy with that. Now ive got a letter through saying I smashed into her and caused loads of damage!!!! What would you do? What should I do.

Did you note exact Time of accident as you say she was on phone
At the time her phone records can be used.
Contact your insurance ref the accident & explain your side.

Should of took photo's of damage or impact area.
Along with time.
And made her aware you knew she was on phone.
