Actually, that video is entirely wrong. When Daniel approached Johnny about the radio, Johnny initiated the physical aggression by pushing him to the ground. Daniel then got up and defended himself. Up until Daniel was pushed to the floor, it was all words. Thus, Johnny could be charged with assault and battery. He was the one who started the physical aggression, which set the stage for all other events.

Never mind the fact that standing up for a physically bullied girl is classed as escalation. Johnny escalated it when Daniel-san tried to resolve it.

Exactly. Daniel was only using words to try and resolve the conflict. Johnny physically assaulted him first. This laid the groundwork for all future physical altercations.

The guy in the video doesn't have a clue what he is talking about.

Daniel san couldn't bully a 5 year old! I loved karate kid when i was little but i find it funny how he always got his arse kicked until he was reminded of the special move he'd learnt for each movie
