2000 Olympia - Coleman vs Wheeler vs Levrone
« on: September 14, 2015, 07:49:34 AM »
Shawn Ray is in the 2nd call-out

It seems like this was the year that some of the top guys started caring less about being shredded... and they went more for size

The first of a long series of shitty 'O editions. Levrone could have posed in a wheel chair and have placed the same. Wheeler seemed like he was actually competing against Ernie Taylor and Nasser for the "Oilympia" title.

LOL, pretty much... All out of prime, burned out and with funky bodyparts, except the winner...

The only thing that peaked in 1999 was Ronnie's gut

Does anyone know WHY Levrone's legs disappeared? Did he injure himself somehow? If so, it must have been kept under wraps very well, because you never hear anything about it.

Hahahahaha, yeah a bit creepy... Have to admit though, Levrone was more in shape than usual here, very ripped with awesome midsection... But he was half body at that point in time, legs really too thin, and those lats doing nothing in the BDB...

He said in his M3 video that he had a back injury and stopped squatting.
