In terms of real estate prices, this has worked very well. Because our services and schools are top notch, the value of Real Estate continues to outpace areas where these things are lacking. People are begging to move here.
This seems like a no brainer; pay $300 more a year in property taxes and when you sell said property, it goes for $150,000 more than those in other areas.
