You're not going to be getting real halo, so no need to worry about it. Unless you somehow have some Upsher-Smith, or Upjohn halo from years ago, otherwise forget it. With real halo, you're strength will go through the roof, it will make you borderline psychotic, and you won't feel like yourself.. All within about 1-2 days of starting it. If you're not precontest, or getting ready for a powerlifting meet there's no reason to use it.
