Consistency, hard work, heavy workouts, and decent diet!!! Funny how all these people eat 12 times a day take all these supplements, and train constantly! All that is bullshit, I was only eating 2 times a day at one point and got back up to 285, all you need is consistency, hard work and like 4 good meals a day, all that supplement bullshit and all that stuff is a waste of time and money!!! Just train hard!!!
