Looks like JC is taking over or Vince's position as GetBig's erotica writer.

on a more serious note: when i first joined golds gym in fullerton, i noticed they had a outdoor pool. at the time, i was hitting the iron very hard, so i didn't even think about using the pool. but after a few months, i took a dip in the pool,
and it was very nice. outdoor, sun shining, women swimming,  ::). but i couldn't even make one lap without stopping. so i decided to give swimming a try. i went out and bought goggles, ear plugs, even some small swim fins for the pool.

i swam and swam, i would swim and walk a lap, just kept working at it over a period of maybe a month. and at the end of the month of training, i could barely make one lap :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

i never could figure it all out, why i had so much lactic acid buildup so quickly. maybe too much muscle, too much fat, but i got tired very quickly, but i was weighting 260 at the time. i would see guys swim lap after lap, without even slowing down.

so i gave up. so i can't swim worth a fuck.

golds gym fullerton is when i first came across the famous lifter CSWOLE :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P

Gasses out on one lap. "Too much muscle"  ::)

Das it, mane.

Here's what probably happened: JC was sunning on the beach and concerned animal lovers tried rolling him back into the water.  :)

so with it being about 104 today in my city of Anaheim ca, i called my training partner to see if he wanted to go down to Huntington beach to lift by the beach and go in the water. he said sure. so we went down to the small
gym close to the Huntington beach pier, and did a easy arm workout. lets just say it was a wise decision. weather was perfect, girls in bikinis everywhere. so as we started to cross the sand to get in the water, i told my partner
that at my age of almost 60, i will only go in the water if there is a lifeguard attending the lifeguard stand. he just laughed, and said that's not a bad idea.

so now were are in the water, and the water is perfect. i mean perfectly blue, refreshing, perfect. so after a few minutes, i turn around and there is a lifeguard about 5 feet from us carrying his swim fins and his rescue buoy.
so i turn to him and say who are you out to get?????? and he says YOU???? and i said what, we are only in chest deep water!!! he points about 5 feet away and says theres a nasty riptide about 5 feet from where you guys are standing!!!!!!

so we both looked and saw the stirred up water, (classic riptide). so all three of us started to go into shore. so i looked at this 150 pound kid, right out of high school, and i said, come on bro, you would not be able to tow my 270 pound fat ass in to shore
would you????????? he looks at my swollen arms, my huge traps, my huge chest, and he said I GOT YOUR BACK BRO!!!!!!!! :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

I LOVE MY LIFEGUARDS. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D(no homo)

Don't think I've ever seen "blue" water at Huntington, only in postcards.
