most successful bbers either dont work or have very easy jobs where you can take a lot of breaks to eat
but usually i eat at 6 am and wont be able to eat again until 2 pm, probably going catabolic
then usually not possible to eat until 7-8pm
i was told it doesnt matter how you spread your meals, as long as you get your daily totals in
but i realized thats a bunch of make believe bullshit
the body cant store proteins, therefore you need to eat proteins every 3 hours to get huge
