If that what you write is from your own experience, I am sorry but you can't generalize it to affect the whole human race, because lot of us are better in this sport than you are. You see, you seem to know it all, but at 57 and after 30 years of training, I am still learning. After I found  benefits of full range of motion and good posture few years back, I have make better gains than in any part of my earlier life, added inches of muscle all over and feeling better than ever. This is out of your reach because you know it all already, there is nothing to learn for you.. ;D

For example, why don't you try these full range squats or Platz hacks? Oh my knees hurt so much, bo hoo hoo  :'( ....

Of course you can make gains even after years of training if you become more dedicated or did something wrong before but you act as if there was no limit and you could keep on gaining and gaining. From my experience you will stop making significant gains after 4-5 years of proper training - if you did most things right that is of course.

If you could just keep on putting muscle then everyone would be huge after +10 years of training but that's not the case... most people look pretty much the same after 10 or 20 years of training as they did after 5 years - if natural of course.

if you believe you can keep gaining muscle your whole life without hitting the point of diminishing returns then you are completely uneducated on the subject.  There is a ton of scientific literature to back this up.
