Enough trolling, To gain 20lbs of muscle you have to gain an ounce of muscle every day for almost a year. On steroids you gain more than not on them, but what you really gain is a lot of water weight, and a lot of increased organ size, for instance your stomach and intestines will get bigger to accommodate the increase in food intake.
Overall I would say that only about 1/10th of the weight you gain early in a cycle is muscle. If you ran for 20 weeks, you could, depending on your size and protein intake, gain 10lbs of lean mass realistically, maybe 15 if you eat huge, sleep 12 hours a day and never do anything but eat sleep and train, no work, no drinking no fun lol.
I am on week 8 of 400mg/prop 500mg/deca after a dbol kickstart and I would say I might have gained 4 or 5lbs of lean mass, and lost a couple of fat, and I don't expect that after 16 weeks I will gain more than 8lbs of lean mass, and that is eating ok and trying to get 140g of protein a day at about 185lbs. My ultimate goal is to be walking around at 200lbs when I'm not on so I have a way to go.
With that cycle I am assuming you are an amateur not a pro.
